This one’s a stunner, both in color and flavor. Hibiscus brings its tart, cranberry-like brightness to the fruity heat of habaneros, creating a hot sauce that is spicy, floral, and tangy all at once. Definitely one of our hottest hot sauces, at least to our admittedly heat-averse palettes. Use it lightly at first and if it’s not too hot for you, go wild!
