A culinary staple, reimagined through Virginia fruit. Our grape Valsamic began with Muscadine, Concord, and Norton grapes that we fermented to a vivid, aromatic vinegar, then slowly aged to a deep ruby syrup. The result is a dense, glossy balsamic with tangy brightness up front, followed by layers of raisin, blackberry, and dark-fruit jam. A warm finish of oak, cocoa, caramel, and spice lingers long after the first drizzle.
