Tasting Notes: Super fruity; Notes of Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry, Juneberry, Wineberry, and Mulberry; with some minerality.  Think Burgundy; but without the condescension.
Kitchen Pairings: Basically use this anywhere you’d use a red wine vinegar but want vastly more depth.
Bar Pairings: Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Gin, Sparkling wines; anywhere you might pair red berries would work.
