Strawberry Salad & Sangria Vinaigrette

1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup Sangria Vinegar
1½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
strawberries
peeled
shallots
thinly sliced
heirloom tomatoes
blanched and peeled
avocado
aged Mahón cheese
cilantro
dill

1. Whisk together honey, salt, black pepper, and vinegar.
2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
3. Toss strawberries, tomatoes, and shallot in vinaigrette.
4. Allow to marinate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
5. Serve with avocado, cheese, herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil.
